Architecture
Perched atop a natural crest, Cove takes full advantage of its elevated position, with upper levels opening to panoramic views across the bays.
The architecture balances timeless design principles with contemporary treatment, drawing inspiration from the masonry waterfront apartments of Sydney’s eastern suburbs. A light-toned podium grounds the form, while a darker band of metal cladding above introduces visual lightness, allowing the roof to appear as though it floats over the deep eaves and slender columns.

Subtle heritage references - stepped façade lines, substantial columns, deep window reveals and fine trim - lend classic character to a modern composition. Generous glazing to the east, north and west captures sun and views, balanced by solid walls that create privacy and a sense of enclosure. The façade’s depth invites movement of light and shadow throughout the day, while landscaped setbacks enhance both the streetscape and residents’ outlook.

Interiors
Arriving home, you’re met with a grand sense of arrival. Lift access opens to a private lobby, leading into an expansive entry hall where treasured artworks find their place. From here, open-plan living extends north to capture light, and on upper levels, frame sweeping views of Rangitoto and the Hauraki Gulf.
Designed for both gathering and quiet retreat, the scale of rooms and standard of amenity throughout feels genuinely comparable to a standalone home. The perfect lock-and-leave with none of the compromise.
The kitchen showcases craftsmanship through a monolithic stone island, bespoke cabinetry and a discreet scullery.

In the north-east, the master suite - morning light, dual walk-in robes and balcony access create a private retreat, while bathrooms balance serenity and luxury with fluted stone, freestanding baths and soft layered lighting.
